1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chanson Water Filters website operated by Easy Water Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save subscriptions automatically renew at the selected frequency (6, 9, or 12 months). You will be charged at the discounted subscription rate on each renewal date. You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us or via your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the next scheduled shipment to avoid that order being processed.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all filter purchases. To return a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

All Chanson ionizer units are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover consumable parts (filters, media), damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow installation instructions. To make a warranty claim, contact jody@easywatersolutions.com.au with proof of purchase.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Water Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Easy Water Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
